La Gatta Riserva   $138 80% barbera grapes. Casked for 12 months then bottled for 6 months, it has an extraordinary ruby red colour with aromas of spice, vanilla, liquorice and a taste of wood. Dry, intense with a hint of tannins, this wine presents a mix of softness and great style. Perfect with red meat, stews and game.

Castlà     $115 Selected from Croatina and Black Pinot grapes, the wine is refined in bottles for up to 6 months. With an intense ruby red colour and a powerful, long-lasting aroma, it is dry with and a slight tannic taste. Compliments complex dishes and pairs well with red or grilled meat.

Pinot Noir Leo XXIX   $128 100% Pinot Noir refined for six months in oak barrels, pale ruby colour with an intense fruity bouquet, a hint of spices yet an elegant fresh taste.
Excellent with red meats, aged cheese, cold cuts and truffle.  

Montecastello     $109 A blend of Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes refined in oak barrels for 4 months and a further 4 months in a bottle. A shiny, ruby red colour with aromas of fruit, spices and vanilla. A complex, elegant dry taste with a bit of tannin and low acidity. Pairs well with red or grilled meat, seasoned cheeses, can be tried with fish courses.
